Privacy Policy
Mother House values our donors and we take their privacy seriously, we respect the privacy of the individuals, groups, and organizations who share their information with us and we make an ongoing commitment to protecting the privacy of any and all information shared with us.
Engaging with and updating our donors is critical to the long-term success of Mother House. In order to facilitate communication with our friends and donors Mother House collects and uses personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address when an individual/organization voluntarily provides it to us and we use that information for direct communication. Mother House will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Mother House does not and will not sell or share that contact information with anyone else except in the case of donor reports and other required reporting. In cases of donor reporting and annual reporting to government agencies and other major funders we may share the names of some donors but we will not share their addresses, emails, or phone numbers; additionally, contributing individuals and organizations may also request to be listed as anonymous.
Mother House keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used by executive staff when analyzing donation drives and fundraising activities.
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
